Do you need to pause or cancel your membership?
Please fill out all forms below with your full name and dates you with to start and finish putting your membership on hold.
For cancellations, please state your name and that you wish to cancel your membership. This will allow us to submit your written cancellation to our direct debit company.
Cancellations require 28 days processing, as per contractual agreement.
